Beverage Blending System

Beverages blending systems mainly includes two systems, juice blending and carbonated beverage blending. Generally speaking, juice is filled with high temperature, and carbonated drinks are filled with low temperature. Therefore, the finished product storage tank for fruit juice production line needs to use double layers storage tank to achieve the heat preservation effect, and the carbonated beverage needs to cooled after blending. After cooling, it is mixed with carbon dioxide(CO2) by the mixer and finally enters the filling stage.

In addition, if juice is made from fresh fruit, during the blending system, the juice needs to be vacuum degassed after homogenization to prevent oxidation of the juice and extend the storage period of the juice.
