A. Washing section
The bottles are passed through the air conveying channel, and then transferred to the three-in-one bottle washer by the dial star wheel. A bottle clamp is arranged on the rotary plate of the bottle washer, and the bottle clamp clamps the bottle mouth and turns 180 ° along a guide rail, so that the bottle mouth is downward. In a specific area of the bottle washer, the bottle holder nozzle sprays bottle washing water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle.

B. Filling section
The bottle of the automatic drinking water filling machine entering the filling machine is blocked by the bottleneck tray and raised by the cam, and then the filling valve is opened by the bottle mouth. The filling method is gravity filling. After the filling valve is opened, the material completes the filling process through the filling valve. After the filling is com- pleted, the bottle mouth drops and leaves the filling valve, and the bottle enters the cap- ping machine through the bottleneck transition dial.
C. Capping part
The stopper on the capping machine jams the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and rotates on the capping ma- chine, and realizes the actions of capping, capping, capping and uncaping under the action of the cam, completing the entire capping process.
The finished bottles are trans- ferred from the capping machine to the bottle-out conveyor chain through the bottle-out dial, and the vials are conveyed out of the vial automatic drinking water filling machine.
